Times may vary by day and will be confirmed after spot is confirmed. Vendors and Exhibitors must be open the entirety of the days selected unless prior arrangements are made.

How to Apply:
Step 1: Complete the World Series Vendor Form by clicking the "Secure Your Spot" button below
Step 2: Complete Payment for days selected or full event

If less than the full event, increase the number of tickets priced $200 for your total; make the specific day selections you would like to vend during checkout.
Step 3: You will receive an email confirming your application submission. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.
ASANA reserves the right to accept or refuse any vendor application at its sole discretion. In the event an application is declined, any fees paid will be refunded, subject to final approval of refund terms and conditions as outlined in the Rules and Regulations.
