This year, there is only one wristband: the 2025 ASANA World Series Wristband. Every rostered individual will receive one. Wearing it at ASANA events and at the ballpark is encouraged as a simple way to identify and connect with fellow participants, but it is not required.​

Please note: Resort Wristbands will be issued and managed by the host hotel/resort for their own guest services and access control. These are separate from ASANA wristbands and are not overseen by ASANA.

Grand Park Sports Complex is a premier tournament facility that hosts 20+ competitions a year. As a private sports complex they have established rules the ASANA World Series must follow. ASANA expects everyone in attendance to to adhere to the rules and enjoy the facilities respectfully.

Your safety matters to us, and ASANA always takes steps to help everyone feel secure and supported during the World Series. For this year, we’ve:​

• Informed local law enforcement of our event for added visibility

• Communicated past concerns to our host hotels and partners

• Selected inclusive venues for official events
   

Outside of ASANA events, we encourage everyone to research safe travel practices, know the areas they are traveling to, and be aware of the established LGBTQ+ resources in the destinations they visit.

All team wristbands will be included in the manager’s bag, available for pick-up at the Registration Event on Tuesday. Managers are responsible for distributing wristbands to their rostered players

Managers: If you are unable to attend, you can assign a representative to pick up the team's wristbands.

ASANA is excited to partner with a third-party vendor to bring an on-site beer tent to Grand Park Sports Complex, Thursday through Saturday of World Series week. A variety of canned beer, seltzers, and NA beer will be available for purchase, and once purchased, they may be enjoyed anywhere within the complex.

Please note: the beer tent will not be open on Wednesday.

We’ll also have a second vendor serving up boozy popsicles every day of the tournament.

Please remember: outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Only beverages purchased from our official vendors are allowed inside the complex.

Wristbands are a fun and easy way to visually identify those taking part in the ASANA World Series experience. While it is not required, wearing one helps create a sense of connection and community, letting others know you’re part of the festivities at official events and around the ballpark.

If a person is on the field, participating in a game they are eligible to be in our tournament. ​Cis women, trans men, trans women and non-binary people can play in our tournament. Eligibility is determined by our Member Cities and tracked in our player database as a system of record. ​
